The industrial central hub of the system is designed to collect and process data, control equipment, and transmit information to the cloud infrastructure in real time. The controller enables connection of scales, video surveillance cameras, and parking sensors for monitoring facility conditions, controlling loading and recording events, and also controls traffic lights and barriers according to preset scenarios, sensor signals, or remote commands. Data transmission is carried out via LTE and Wi-Fi channels, ensuring high reliability and the ability to redundantly connect to ensure continuous system operation.

The platform provides automatic notifications via Telegram, supports API integration with external systems, and complies with the requirements of the Federal State Information System for the Management of Consumer Goods and Services (FGIS UTKO), ensuring reliable and scalable operation.

An industrial device for printing receipts directly on-site, providing quick and convenient weighing information. The receipt contains the vehicle registration number, the date and time of the transaction, gross, tare, and net weight data, a QR code for the transaction, and, optionally, cargo information.

The system monitors the vehicle’s entry onto the scale using parking sensors, automatically turns on the cameras, recognizes the license plate, and reads the weight. When the vehicle comes to a complete stop, a data packet is recorded: license plate, weight, photo/video, traffic light status, and BLE profile. The data is sent to the cloud, a report is generated, and (upon request) transmitted to the Federal State Information System for Transport and Certification (FGIS UTKO).

This is normal—our system is designed from the ground up to integrate with existing infrastructure. We can connect to vehicle scales from any manufacturer with indicators and RS-232/RS-485 interfaces, work with existing IP cameras (including Dahua and ONVIF-compatible models), and integrate your traffic lights, barriers, and alarm systems with standard control interfaces and technical documentation. In this case, you pay only for the missing modules and software.

We offer remote monitoring and technical support. The main modules operate autonomously, with data buffered and sent to the system once the connection is restored. In critical cases, a switch to semi-automated mode with manual weighing confirmation is possible.

We provide standard connection diagrams, instructions, remote installation supervision, and engineer support. Many clients install the equipment themselves, and we assist with commissioning and software configuration.

We use industrial equipment: IP cameras, controllers, and outdoor thermal printers designed for 24/7 operation. The system has a service life of 7−10 years or more with proper operation. Software and AI algorithm updates do not require hardware replacement.
